- Location of the character: High Sec
- Character has positive wallet
- Neutral standing and sec status
- Char is in NPC Corp
- No kill rights

Isk will go to Cesti Caldai
I have currently 5 L4 agents split between Carthium and Creodron. I have the standings to run all L4 agents for Roden as well.
In lieu of Perfect learning I have +5 implants where it counts (int/mem)
8+ standing with GIB and Creodron and more more more standings!

5-5.5 seems right.
Btw - you REALLY need to train jury rigging and cruiser construction to 5. Then this will be a great T3 producer and might, just, justify something close to the price you are asking for.

thx for ya response, i am not sure if i am allowed to offer her assets too in an official Sale. But she has a caldari freighter with her, lots of bpcs and still 100 k RPs open in Gallentean Amarian Starship Engineering and Mecanical Engineering all data interfaces and lots of haulers and co ops in different places. Thats why i am asking for 7.5 billion.

Sadly the forum rules forbid the sale of anything other than the toon. You have to strip out all assets and cash  . Is a nice character though and good luck with the sale!
