Take everything blah blah blah.
You could probably kick everyone and close said alliance, but that's boring. I vote you wardec a hugely superior force, such as Noir. or a similarly kick ass group.

Before the previous guy left, he instructed you to start moving alliance assets and personal assets of alliance members to 0.0 to start a new life. Because you're so dedicated to your Alliance, you've been working behind the scenes to make Blue happen in Delve. And now that you are blue there, you can begin moving assets for individuals and other corps immediately. If members would prefer to jump their own assets to their new home in Delve, arrange an honor tanked jump party and open a cyno for them next to your deathstar pos. |

The funny thing is that you would actually make a ton more isk just by staying ceo and executor instead of looting (what is now) your own stuff.

I admit this is pretty sick and perhaps a bit late to pull off now ... but alternatively you could gain their trust and even develop friendships by being a nice person. You could achieve this in a number of ways:
- Showing inspiring leadership - Being loyal - Keeping your word
And if you really want to do it hardcore:
- Helping people with whatever they need
This is not for everyone though. I tried this myself a few times and it is a lot of work.

I know mate. You don't need to rub it in like that :-/ Also I'm already in treatment for chronic altruism. Basterds giving me electroshocks for handing back forgotten wallets and everything. It's awful.

I'm still not sure why a huge betrayal of trust like this is something to be proud of, and for the whole of EVE to congratulate you on.

Director is all you need.
Bring alts into the corp and grant them roles. yoink all the alliance's POS towers and mods simultaneously, empty the corp hangars and wallet, the usual jazz, leave an insulting message and a tray of milk chocolates in everyone else's evemail inbox then push the disband button.
With this, you can pretty much guarantee they will never trust a character after three weeks ever again. See? it's a public service! ---------- Sig Page 1 Snipah YOU CANT MINE SO YOU KILL |

wardec an INFERIOR (but component) force, and then lead a horribly mismanaged campaign against them. Tell them ahead of time all your plans, and then when they always seem to have a counter set up claim there must be a spy in the corp. Get everyone suspicious of everyone, randomly kick people, give nobodies important jobs so that they defend you if anyone starts complaining. Let the whole thing spiral out of control then slip out the back with the goods just before it reaches critical mass.

While I do not normally speculate on the misappropriation of corporate or alliance assets, I will give you the same advice my father gave me as a child (repeatedly - you know how dads are).
Never do anything halfway. If you're going to do something, do it right.
In this case, I am sure what dad meant was steal everything that isn't actually nailed to the floor, kick everyone from the corp, disband it, and then offer to sell them their stuff back at market plus 5%. --Vel

You want to watch that altruistic stuff. It starts with giving back lost wallets, before you know it you're honoring ransoms and selling Navy Ravens that were actually made by the Navy. I had a mate who started down that path, he ended up deciding to leave Eve and give away all his isk by sending back double whatever people sent him. I still see him sometimes in Jita, but we don't really talk anymore, he's just not the same person, you know?

Forget theft. This is a golden opportunity.
1. Get some friends together in disco battleships 1a. Get some more. More is better. 2. "Fleet nao! Warp to me!" 3. ????? 4. Laugh. Salvage. Profit.
