Recieved character. however....did not come with +3 implants. and crystals were scattered EVERYWHERE throughout eve......

Have you checked all the clones for the +3s? And regardless unless the rules have changed in the passed few months you are purchasing the character only, so if there was supposed to be implants and crystals in inventory they were freebies, not part of the sale. |
