Nation of Muppets is a 17 month-old PVE/PVP corp. We are mainly a US based tz (21:00-4:00 eve time M-T / All day F-S), however we do have active members in both the UK and AUS times zones as well.
Our requirements are pretty straight forward and simple:
+ Have a good attitude and be respectful toward others in the corp.
+ Must be willing to have fun and leave your RL drama behind.
+ Age isnÆt as factor as long as you can act mature 90% of the time.
+ Voice coms are pretty important during ops, but not required if you can keep up.
We are a pretty mature group who just likes to have fun, with minimal requirements such as fees taxes, required ops, and such. We understand RL comes first, and that kids can grab your attention at the worst of times, and even though we have girls in the corp, we all understand spouse agro... 
Our current members are pretty friendly and helpful most of the time (we all have bad days and sometimes drink to much, lol). If you're looking for a place to hang out with good people, give us a try. Worst case scenario is that you don't like N0M, and if thatÆs verdictà well, then you can move on with no hard feelings. 
What kind of stuff do we do?
+  PVE -- We have members in empire running missions, however we encourage everyone to use our sov systems, as we have level five military upgrades which provides some awesome PVE in null sec.
+  PVP -- This includes random low sec ops, and null sec roams as much as possible, and we have plenty of other ops available in null sec with blues and others in our alliance during all major time zones.
+  Other various stuff we manage to do include WHÆs, mining, industrial, etc... If you anti-social at times and like to do random oddball stuff and are just looking for a place to call home, we can live with that as well.

+ We are not just corpies, we are friends.

Are y'all located in the Northern areas near Caldari space? I'm pretty happy in Caldari Empire areas, both high and low sec.
