Really depends on the character. I'll go up to about 10-12 bil. I just care about the leadership skills. The skill set I want could be accomplished with 20 mil sp total easily so ideally I'll be spending much less than 10 bil.

Give me an offer. He doesn't have all the leadership skills to 5, but he is remapped to charisma memory, shouldn't take you long to get them all to 5.

Your never going to find someone who just has leadership and learning skills. Unless it was just an alt to start with.. Ship and ship related skills are always going to be there :)

I didn't think I would find one with just leadership and learning thus giving myself a fairly flexible budget to work with. I did hope that an alt to sit and boost was not an original idea and that someone probably had the idea before me and had an alt that they might be willing to part with.
All that aside... price for this character? Definitely has the leadership skills I'm after though a lot of other stuff I'm not too interested in and missing some skills I probably would want to see in the mix if I have to get other skills included.
