The promise behind Incarna that CCP have given is to allow us to carry out deals and other actives outside concords sight. To do this we need a physical currency otherwise concord could easily see who we have been trading with (CCP would see be able to track the transactions) by tracking our transactions.
Idea 1: Tokens/certified chip ships, in different demonstration that are only valid at the current a specific station (the one the player is currently walking around in), then the player re boards their pod any tokens are automatically converted back to electronic isk.
These tokens could take the form of poker chips, so you can use and see them when playing games in station. A machine could be built into the table that allows you to convert electronic isk to chips or the reverse. Also other machines around the station that you can convert electronic isk to chips and vis versa.
You could also them tip the exotic dancers etc, without having to them having to get a comp out to manage the transfer, you just throw chips at their feet. For truly criminal actives, you could hand over either hi demonstration chips or a case of lower demonstration ones (easier to spend without being traced).
We need chips for the same reason real world criminal's prefer cash, its harder for the government to track as it does not leave a trace then it changes hands.
Idea 2: have at least 4 outfits that look like body armour. While CCP has stated there will be no fighting in stations, capuleers are using to being protected from their environment by tons of armour. For a role play perspective,whey have left this behind to conduct a shady deal, they are going to want the best protection available so suits of body armour are need. Would also help them to hind their identity as part of there criminal actives if they featured helmets to hide their face. Could have one version per race based on Dust armour.
Macrointel, the place were the nature order of the universe does not hold sway. Pirates and ore thief's are congratulated by carebears for the actions. |

I think CCP have got this covered. They're aiming for as much uniqueness in a character as possible so there will be a lot of outfits and combinations to your character. Quit worrying and trust 'em to make a good expansion!

Idea 1 is senseless. ISK is like cashless or bank transfer of funds.
If u need a poker chips u can can buy them at casino that offers poker. Of if u want to play one on one then CCP said that stakes will be made like contracts (u can even put ur ship in there)
Paing to exotic dancers could be done like in future u press ur finger tip over special pad and here you are isk a given to here.
Of couse something like chips could be done by somebody but not like u say. It's should not be governed by station authorities. U know it's some dirty transfers among criminals so actually there should be some criminal system that covers it...
Idea 2, i'm pretty sure they'll do it...
