What do I do with these slaves now?

Vicker Lahn'se	Posted - 2004.11.30 20:20:00 - [1] I saved a wad of slaves from agent missions. They hang out peacefully in my hanger bay (and sometimes fill in for missing crew members on my ship). Now with this new contraband system, they're kinda stuck there. What do I do with them? I wish I could free them or something.

Having spent a year trashing NPC convoys to liberate slaves as our only available consistent ingame RP action against the world - never mind the lack of ability to free them in any way - we NPC convoy hunters threaten the very foundations of the EvE universe. We and our ridiculously overpowered ships. Therefore, steps have been taken to make the totally uber Freedom Fighter template less attractive to the throngs of newbies flocking to the cause, since it's far more interesting to have Minmatar randoms mining in middlesec systems with Apocs. As usual, the announcements leading up to Shiva that touched on slavery - growing outrage that the Republic tolerates it, etc - foolishly raised the hopes and excitement levels of many. Instead of any real devlopments, however, we get One More NPC Automated AI Instaganking System. Which clearly, every player-run universe needs more of. Bah, Humbug. You are in a maze of twisty little asteroids, all alike.
