So I'm getting sick of me sitting down on my bottom while there is good fights in delve that i could be involved in.
 Highlights
 Minmatar Frigate V, Minmatar Crusier V, Minmatar BS V.
Small, Medium and Large Projectile Turret V.
Good Electronic Skills, including Electronic and upgrade V, LRT and Signature Analysis V (fast lock anyone?).
Good Shield and Engineering skills.
Decent gunnery skills, sub gun skills to IV, (Training Small AC spec V now....love the Dramiel) .
OK Mechanical skills (as i said not perfect yet)
Good Navigation skills, all but Jump stuff to IV.
Can FLY a Scimitar, just would need a week of training to do it well.
 Within a month, you could be flying a very nice Loki, Vaga or Cynabal.
So as u can see a nice little starter char, is worth his weight in isk.
There is also a few untrained plugged in skills.

- positive wallet
- located in high sec
- positive security
- implants +4 (minus Charisma)
