Are we getting a banking system in Tyrannis?

I hope people can hold up banks, get into upper levels of them and make off with the funds and generally rip people off like EVE Bank.

Not sure if it's some random roleplaying guff or some actual change coming in Tyrannis.
They do mention being CFU clients being able to manage their investment risk exposure through the Neocom, no idea if that means we can invest in NPC corps or player corps or planets, if anything.
Personally, I want to see Pend Insurance's board of directors getting fired - they must be losing money hand over fist!

It may have something to do with the possibility of accessing market orders via spacebook.
