located in jita 4-4, 51 ME geddon BPO. i am looking for around a billion isk, but naturally the price is negotiable. i will accept the highest offer in this thread provided it is reasonable.
there is no time set on this sale, as i am not in a hurry.

it isn't a strict asking price, more of a bar for others to base offers around. also, 1 billion isn't exorbitant in my opinion, based on what i perceive to be a lack of supply of researched geddon bpo's on this forum, and the cost and time associated with ~4-5 months of said research.
but please, i would appreciate only actual offers to be submitted to this thread, not what one "would" offer. however, i thank you for a free bump, i suppose.
as of now, 750 stands as the highest offer.
