Greetings Pod Pilots.
Enkilil here, Founder and CEO of Thirteen Ninety Three.
I have been trying for awhile to come up with interesting recruitment ideas for our little Faction Warfare Corp, but to no avail. One of the problems is that I've been putting off actively recruiting until I have been able to get some kind of niche. What can a FW corp do, other than pew-pew / plexing, and system capture that would separate it from others, or worse - the NPC Corps? While banging my head against my desk in an effort to increase bloodflow, I had a bit of an epiphany:
I'm going to use this corporation to switch from one faction to another, and then back again on regular intervals. Since our cause is Freedom from oppression and tyranny, a just cause by all rights, to remove the Empirical threat from the Republic and the Federation...
The objective here is to give pilots versatility and experience when dealing with our very different enemies from OMS and Heyd on the Gallente Front, to the Amarr threat and the associated pirate threat in Ama. The most important thing is to have a good time.
For a month, Thirteen Ninety Three will be fighting for the Gallente Federation. At the end of that month, we will take 2 days, leave the Gallente Militia, and join the Republic. We will remain in the Republic for one month, and then switch back. This will continue for as long as it's interesting. I'm also open to other ideas regarding this change-over... switching / staying by vote. We have currently established offices in Villore and Frarn which will remain open indefinitely.
Our objectives are as follows:
1. To give pilots diversification and allow freedom within our regions.
2. Integrating Gallente and Minmatar pilots for a common cause.
3. Increasing Intel for pilots of both Militias. Working together in goodwill against tyranny and oppression.
4. Developing better communication and teamwork between our two factions.
5. To have a hell of a lot of fun and dissolve the boredom that sets into being in one place for too long (like space gypsies, if you will... without all that sad violin baggage).
About Thirteen Ninety Three:
We are a very small, laid back FW Corporation, and with some good ideas and some experienced pilots, we'd like to grow and take this idea to new areas. Currently, we are FW and PvP based, but also are active in Wormhole Exploration, Mission Running, Trade, etc. We have a low 3.0% tax rate, and although we cannot reimburse ships at this time, I'm not opposed to dishing out t1 frigs and cruisers on occasion and as needed.
Who we are looking for:
Pilots experienced in Faction Warfare are preferred but PvP experience is a must. I'm also looking for good FCs to fill an important command role. All Minmatar / Gallente pilots of any experience, of good standing and reputation are encouraged to apply. We are a FW Corporation, not a pirate corp. Please understand that when applying. Scammers, ****head ninja looters and scumbags need not apply. We are currently CST / EST based, but that really doesn't matter in Faction Warfare. Show up, be in a ship, have fun.
