As a 7 year resident of the state of Minnesota, I happen to know about Iowa, our neighbor to the south.
You see, after the Civil War, Iowa had a very small population, and the governor needed solutions. In the bluffs and hills of Southern Minnesota, children of incestuous relationships were sent to the state of Iowa to help the situation.
Thus, angry half breeds.

Actually it does. It was a fairly bland story about someone getting some kills in a WH. Sure it was fun for thoose innvolved, but meh, its an old story thats not special in any way.

My apologies for not seeing this thread before.
I have added the below character to my Thieves of Eve list.. not because he is a corp thief but that as a corp leader he gave his word to do something with another corp leader and then went back on his word causing the other corp to loose billions of isk.

May I suggest you update your thread to something to reflect it is no longer focused on scammers and thieves of eve. You need to be clear that it now also encompasses those people that may not keep their work as in its current form you are misrepresenting people and tarnishing reputations through ambiguity.
