Grendell my 3rd party service will hold the prize(s) as well as pick the winning number(s), which can be seen here. (awaiting link) HOW IT WORKS* * This lottery will consist of 815 tickets. * Tickets for this Lottery are 5mil isk each, once isk is confirmed received, forum will be updated with your numbers here as well as on the webstie when possible. And as always, FOR EVERY 10 TOTAL TICKETS BOUGHT GET 1 FREE. * Lottery draw date will be a maximum 48 hours after 90% (733 tickets - my break even mark) of the tickets are purchased. * Ticket Numbers given are based when isk is received. For example if you are the very first to send isk for 10tickets. You will get number 1 to 10 and so on. I'm sure some mathematical trickery could prove that using the original numbers from the larger sample range would be skewed anyway. ... and I'm sure this re-draw will be done "soon"

Or are you suggesting that the lottery organiser, Chribba, Grendell, and the prize winners of this and previous lotteries are all in on this massive "swindle"? You sir, are an idiot!
