You're either new to this game or willfully ignorant. Jake wasn't always in AAA. The person he's referring to in the text you quoted is himself. SirMolle went on "vacation" and Jake did what he could to hold BoB together. The first Delve invasion stalled while he was at the helm.
What alliance he is currently in has no bearing in his post.
