HMM im interested but 8 bil is a bit steep considering there are people selling 47mil sp characters for 8.5bil :)

How many times has this character been sold in the last 6 months? Just want to make sure there is only 1 KOS for this character or if there will be multiple ones if I were to make a bid.

KOS?? You can shoot each other in 0.0 and low sec, else concord will interfere.
