I'm a passionate tinfoiler, while I'm not a 10 point exile from society sitting in a basement corner going on about how Lady GaGa's Bad Romance video is filled with Illuminati refrences of the music industry, I'm still very much entertained by all things cloak and dagger.
I've done some asking around in-game, and it seems there's no real conspiracies to be speculated. There are the corp spies and thieves, there are the infiltration schemes and disbanding of alliances and large scale market manipulations of several wealthy marketeers, but these are usually just one, two or a few people.
So lacking any good hints to any behind the scenes meta groups living in, out and in between of the EVE corporate world, I turn to you resourceful forum warriors, have you any light to shed on anything that looks like a large shadow behind a small act?

The trick about conspiracies is that no one should know about them.

Any good conspiracy always leaves clues, mostly because they want to be speculated to be out there, but not known as a fact.
That, or they're just careless ;)

This pretty much.
I could say that it is a vast conspiracy where the entire north (and same for south) are secretly working together, but it isnt really a secret.

Perhaps you need to read CAOD all the way back to the beginning and perform some Pattern Analysis.
If you are looking for a vast conspiracy then you are missing the forest and seeing only the trees.
That is all I can say.

Most conspiracies exist only in one place: the head of people that watched to much TV, have a much to active fantasy and can't differentiate between reality and fiction.

There are no conspiracies in EVE.

Solodrakbansolodrakbanso are really the on-line Eve branch of the Church of Scientology, tasked with recruiting and brainwashing new members to their ranks. Their main enemy is IT Alliance, which happens to be the Eve branch of Anonymous from 4chan, tasked with destroying everything they touch. Who will prevail, only time will tell. (I think they will both fail and Fchan's Eve branch known as Against All Authorities will eventually wipe them both out with, their Furry pic's will blot out the sun.) . Alliance Creation Service |

Just let me log on and disband an alliance quick. Then you can read all about the conspiracy in CAOD. --------

I want to be part of the "ninetails conspiracy" PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE! Btw, why do you not start your posts with "Hi, cat here" anymore - this was unique, have got time issues?
@Iva Posavec Solodrakbansolowhatsoever = Goons = Scientology?
Anyway, goons are dead but what all three have in common is, FAIL.

Well I dunno about conspiracies, I'm more get in your face and blast ya with a railgun kinda guy, but I got an irl buddy who used to go on about a group he was in when he still played. I remember him ranting that they were taking the whole thing waay too seriously and RP like. Apparently you could only get in by invite via a recommendation, and even then you had to prove your willingness to join BEFORE you were contacted by them or something.
And apparently it wasn't even a corp but just ppl from who knows how many different corps. I guess ya could think of it as a conspiracy lol.
Dunno if they even exist anymore though, it's been over year and a half since my buddy quit the game.
I could ask him for more details I guess if you're that in to it

Just where are "named" (meta 1-4) items manufactured? And where are the blueprints?
Considering the massive scale of pirate loot, and the sparse amount of pirate faction stations, the answer is chilling: Named items are manufactured at Empire NPC Stations!!
You ever wonder why the queues for BPO research are so long in Empire? It is because they are full of named-item BPO's from pirate factions!!
Ever wonder who puts up the huge buy orders at ridiculous prices for pirate loot? It is because NPC station surrogates are recycling the loot back to the belt and deadspace rats!!
Put two and two together and be extra careful the next time you dock!
EVERYONE SEEMS NORMAL UNTIL YOU GET TO KNOW THEM. |

What's that, the conspiracy to have "lol" officially recognized as a form of punctuation?
