I suggest splitting up the Alliance and Corporation Recruitment Center forum to easier locate what you need.
I suggest one of the two solutions below:
- Players looking for a corporation
- Corporations looking for an alliance
- Corporations looking for players
- Alliances looking for corporations
- Players/corporations looking for a home
- Alliances/corporations looking for members

Hello folks!

is really what we need. The new players comming to EVE search these forums and they don't know what to make of them. So they revert to the awkward "advert system" in-game. And the old players just go for the word-of-mouth method, and they forget about the rest.
Having these 4 sub-categories to the "recruitment" forum would bring both old and new players alike to use them properly, and actually find them usefull; which is what any tool should be.

I was looking for a corp a couple months back and it was a real hassle to do the whole recruitment channels, so I went word of mouth and just talked to players in general to find my next corp.. This system would have been MUCH easier..
