Tickets #1 and #1250 are free in [SOMER] lotteries. If you hold either of these tickets at the conclusion of the lottery, your money will be refunded.
Every 100th ticket in this lottery is also free. If you hold tickets 100, 200, etc., your money will be refunded when the lottery is over.
