Ill post mine.
Heres the case.
Im stuck in jita.
I had (HAD!) aggression to caldari navy.
I undocked. (with no aggression timer).
Caldari shoots me.
restarts.
This happened 4-5 times before I got ****ed enough to petition.
heres the convo.
Me:

Not -5 to Caldari but soon to be -5 to a mod, lol.
But seriously, what nawty things did you do to the Caldari that they hold a grudge against you ?
Try flying to Gallente / Amarr space, whichever is closer and wait your 20 minutes over there.
Now, really seriously, really. Remove the convo you had, remove "rant" from the thread title and then try to figure out what exactly happened. If you think it is a bug, you should be able to recreate it before you bugreport it. Otherwise try to get rid of it in a different faction's space (Concorde space, Gallente, Amarr ...)
If that fails, log off in non-Caldari space and hope the DT solves the problem. Technically you do not qualify for a "stuck" petition. (unless you have proof that you are victim of a bug, which YOU can't prove. Only after a bug has been filed and confirmed by the bughunters, can you claim that it's a bug. Until then it will look to the GMs that you are abusing the "stuck" petition queue.
