Unless I seriously failed reading classes, this means someone mentioning anything that isn't EVE or CCP while talking about EVE and CCP is not breaking rule 17. As such, there's nothing to discuss. My deleted post was about Eve online and the way the forums are too heavily policed, for example.

Yes she's a ROGUE MODERATOR ON A MISSION TO DESTROY YOUR EVE FORUM EXPERIENCE. Much more likely than her having been told to vigorously enforce the rule due to complaints from other publishers over negative publicity.
