I am looking for strictly PVE character right now. It must have to be able to fly the ship with high skills.
If you have Tengu pilot...
* T2 Heavy launchers, atleast IV missile specific skills
* Maxed shield tanking
* Maxed navigation for AB use
* Maxed fitting skills, and capacitor skills
* Subsystem skills IV
* Social IV, Connections IV
If you have Vargur pilot...
* T2 autocannons with autocannon specification IV, and IV gunnery specific skills
* Maxed shield tanking
* Maxed fitting skills, and capacitor skills
* Social IV, Connections IV
* Marauder IV
If you have Golem pilot...
* T2 cruise launchers and T2 siege launchers, and IV missile specific skills
* Maxed shield tanking
* Maxed fitting skills, and capacitor skills
* Social IV, Connections IV
* Marauder IV
So I am NOT looking all of these, but one of these. It depends from the actual skills what the character has. So if you have Tengu or Vargur or Golem PVE pilot that meets those specifications, offer it here!
Has to have RP able name. No 1337 ****ty names please.
Also, all other skills are totally inrelevant!
Budget is up to 8 B ISK!

edit : he has a fitted vargur in dodixie id be willing to sell you for a cheap price since i am not allowd to include it in my price it has t2 rigs and faction fit he has level 4 command missions for gal .
