All agents ive seen so far are low sec.
Been cycling my missions every after 4 hours for a chance on high sec offer.

I wish I had the same experience with them. I've been rolling the 2 navy agents for a week now for missions and have yet to get an offer for a mission in a high sec system, like Autaris or other adjacent high sec.
Did something get changed since this post??
I'm not bothering with the non-navy agents, cause those other corps don't offer ships in their LP stores, so then I wouldn't know what to get for those massive LP earnings...

Yes, something did get changed. The "bug" got fixed, 3 years late. No more lvl5 missions in hisec.
