During the long slow slog to build up towards Caldari battleships, I find myself in need of an omni-tanked, armour repping Gallente battleship for C3 WHs. I can fly a drake, but my poor missile skills mean that I take an age to kill anything, and the tank is challenged by the tougher C3 battleship rats. I am currently undertaking a fairly extensive skillplan, but as I am focusing on the int/mem skills before remapping to per/will, I find myself needing to fall back on my old ship types.
So, I have come up with this, and I would like your opinions. Scanning is not an issue, I have an alt cloaked up in system with me at all times when I am not in my home system.

This gives me 70k EHP, cap stable sustained rep of 323 with 73/66/66/63 resists. DPS is 323, volley 1522. It's slow at 111m/s but I am used to that.
I have gone for 350mm guns for the improved tracking - I am hoping that combined with the tracking comp, I should actually be able to hit the cruisers that orbit at 15km. I will be relying on drones for frigates up close.
What do you think? What would you tweak?

Personally I would choose the domi. Sleepers don't seem to attack drones so you can almost afk-rep and shooting is optional for extra dps.
I'm not sure if 300 tank is enough, and having to rely on injecting cap is not a great idea in a wh. maybe toss on some CCC rigs, which would reduce armor, but should help keep your regen going.

You're...kidding about this right? Unless something changed recently, all my previous experience in wormholes has been that Sleepers view drones as crunchy appetizers to be eaten on the spot.
I would agree with the rest of what you have to say however...wormhole exploration is about the only time I consider cap stability in a setup.

I can do 80 more tank with 150 more dps in my drake..... While having 70km range.

I can confidently say that Sleepers not only attack drones, they treat drones as though they were more dangerous than the pilot that owns them.
Because of this, I recommend bringing a ship that can operate just fine without drones.

The tank number seems to be really low for c3 sites. The moment 2 Battleships spawn in my experience the eft tank number should be 600+

drones are always primary target for sleepers, is almost impossibile to use them, all drones boats are fuc*ed, you must be extremely close to them if you want to try and use them.
