So these are the last few skills I need for the Orca and I'm wondering what would be the best order to train them in
Mining Director V (9 days, 5 hours, 41 minutes, 45 seconds) 68%
Cybernetics III (11 hours, 30 minutes, 19 seconds)
Cybernetics IV (2 days, 17 hours, 5 minutes, 8 seconds)
Cybernetics V (15 days, 8 hours, 10 minutes, 40 seconds)
Industrial Command Ships IV (7 days, 5 hours, 33 minutes, 39 seconds)
Industrial Command Ships V (40 days, 21 hours, 48 minutes, 29 seconds)
Warfare Link Specialist IV (5 days, 5 hours, 26 minutes, 15 seconds)
Warfare Link Specialist V (29 days, 13 hours, 34 minutes, 44 seconds)
Completion: 7/21/2010 6:29:46 AM
Mining Dir/Leadership is V

Get cybernetics 5 first, that way you can get +5 implant or +4 depending on your economy. This in turn will speed up your other skill training.
That what i'd do at least.

Warfare Link Specialist boosts apply to the Mining Foreman links as well.

I'm working on this, too. I just have Mining Director 5, Warfare Link Specialist 5, and Industrial Command Ships 5 to go. 77 days.

Warfare Link Spec at V

To op cybernetics to V for the implants for sure first then balance out the rest to IV then work on the Vs
