Bit transparent in your attempts to drive down the price, While I would expect jump calibration or fuel 5 for a (14B) char, this should go for round 12B based on previous sales.
I would suggest the buyer try on the weekend though as you will get a better price then. (250isk sp depends largely on what you are training and what wasted skill points you have, carrier is more expensive because of the number of cap ship books etc.)
