I knew it !!! I shouldn't spent ALL my isk on that command ship bpo for 60 bil, I just couldn't keep my isk to buy out such a nice drone T2 bpo !!! BTW, good luck with your auction and I'm going to shave my head if you get even one bid at your starting price and I'll even put a link on this forum with a picture !!!

A quick eve search shows that the last ogre 2 BPO went for around 50 Billion isk. This fact seems to have been realised by the two serious bidders above. Consider it a bump... I wish I had the iskies to bid.

So there you have ballpark figures this bpo is atleast 36b going on a absolete standard of 3 years profit.

However, my very simple math was used on the information that the "seller" himself provided. Utilizing "his" information....it will take (at the buyout price) roughly five years to break even....and in your sixth year you will begin to earn a profit. So, while I appreciate your assistance, and I don't doubt that the bpo is in fact a "good" one, the risk to reward ratio based on the sellers provided information demonstrates that at this time it is not a good investment. On the other hand I did acquire another tech 2 BPO today for only 1.75B so I'm happy. While it may not be quite as valuable as this one I will much more quickly be out of the proverbial red and making a profit. Respectfully, Ast

And the reason why the last one went for so much is that the sales prices in Jita were much more higher (700-800k) with nearly the same production costs. They dont suffer devaluation, and yes using older sell threads as a benchmark is a good way to get a current value for seller and buyers. Profit isnt all that comes from a T2BPO, it can be about supplying yer corp/alliance with items or even yerself. Thread stinks of muppets trying to get a lower price. Good luck fearless and dont sell for less than 50b
