This will be short and sweet - Came across an opportunity to make a quick buck however I have all my isk tied up in market orders and while the profit i could make form this is sweet not quite enough for me to go through the effort of re-listing my orders once sale clears.
So I want a loan for 540 mill
- Can provide collateral
- You make 3 mill once my sale clears (should be no more than 3 days if that)
Probably be for rest of the night - contact me if u'd be willing to help out
FYI - the base of the collateral entails a rigged navy mega : anti-explosive pump, hybrid metastasis adjuster and aerator
Since im guessing that prob wont be good enough for some I have a t2 fitted domini I can toss in with the collateral

I can loan you that money, but I charge 6% interest per month (or part there of).
I would need the collateral of both ships, and could provide a loan of 500M ISK.
The fee would be 30M ISK in interest.
If you want to do the agreement contract to me.
When you want to pay I will re issue contract for 530M ISK
Rigs have no value to me. Navy Mega worth 450M and Domi is 43M

Can't change the rates or terms. Minimum fees so it would be 30M no matter how quick you pay back.
I was online but off to bed now. If you need money you can contract to me under my terms but I won't accept for about 12 hrs.

I suppose I could just keep trading with the money until the end of the term being as atm what im looking at is something i know will be a quick buck but wont pay 30 mill in a couple days + since i don't have any plans for either ships in collateral any time soon.
Though I'm going to wait maybe couple hours before contracting - what im looking at is a bit time sensitive so if there is any other prospecting investor I'd like to hear from you, being idk if what i want to pounce on is still around tomorrow.
But if every1 thinks im set and no1 else comes along I'll contract up the stuff in a bit cosmo

Alright well seems no1 else is coming along to help me out and Im about to log off so I'll be taking you up on your offer cosmo.
Being what I initially want to invest in wont make 30+ mill, I'll take out the loan for its full length of 30 days that I'll just use to re-invest and trade with it as in 30 days I will be more than able to pay the interest fee with the initial investment.

collateral = navy mega + domini

BTW general note: was looking at loan contracts, why is it just liquid based - dosnt have option to offer items as collateral?

can i just say spending 500+ mil to make less then 30 doesn't sound like a quick buck to me. you'd be able to make that just hauling t2 mods from jita to rens.

It is sort of chump change i know but its something i know will get me a few mill shy of 30 mill profit for practically doing nothing But for me Im not much for hauling stuff then operating outside of my home base in Dodixie.
In any case based on terms of loan by cosmo I'll initially invest 500+ and get almost 30 mill in a very short amount of time without to much effort then just work the 500 mill loan + profit with my current wallet/market orders until end of loan as since no not much piont paying in the few days i was thinking thinking might as well make use of the money and work it even more.

OP once negotiated a deal with me for a faction BS. He requested a 24h contract to sort his financials. He did not honor the deal and sent me a mail later stating he got a better deal somewhere else.
I would not go so far as to call him a scammer, but he sure is opportunistic, and i would advise being careful.

I do not scam. I know you didn't say so JK however you may have insinuated enough to create doubt for which I feel the need to explain the whole story what happened there before any delayed explanation leads to possible accusations from a misunderstanding.
What you didn't mentioned was I had actually bought several navy mega's from u around that incident u stated above - basically for a short time you might say we were trading partners; this was back (several months ago) when those ships were over or at least around 600 mill. You were selling them at competitive price, which me being a trader I took the opportunity to buy some of your ships and flip them for profit. So I may be opportunistic - that's just natural for trading; but it is not scamming. And to restate I had bought a few of these ships from you, and so I believe on what overall had been good business I find u to be misleading in saying that I "did not honor the contract" being i had bought ships from u within a week or two around that time frame and implying you were in some way cheated. Finally I'll add, i believe also in the mail i sent you if u would reserve the ship for 24 hours u were made aware of the possibility I may not be able to buy - negating even if there was some way I had cheated you.
And to finish I provide full collateral for the requested loan so there is no room for an "opportunity" (scam attempt) - Oh but maybe I'll try something with the contract Look on at my contract history, I have a mildly extensive contract history and have not pulled anything of the like.
No part part of the above was meant to be taken as a personal attack to Julian, but I did see how some would be developing questions/opinions from his post without seeing the whole story. I guess I may be a relative unknown to MD but hope now possible suspicions from the navy mega that wasn't bought are now quelled.

Question -
If in the future I would be looking for financing again wouldn't it be me where the element for concern of trust is placed on? Not sure how question the integrity of the investor would be to worry about. ex. ITS's offer.
Just a thought I'm wondering about not to be in any1's favor.
But idk, I'm mostly sporadic in my readings of the forums so maybe there are some creative things that I not aware of, I welcome any of that to be brought to light so I dont get burned if I do in the future look for financing.

Cosmo being u gave me the loan I'd thought id add you - noticed u are never on (and i have gotten to experience erratic schedules past couple weeks so been on at all diff time periods frequently)
While still a couple weeks left to go about; I'm going to be able to get my stuff back when loan is finished in next 2 weeks, right? Or you disappeared or something?

I am never on atm because I am sitting by the pool in Florida on vacation with the wife.

Loan finished:
To any outside onlooker might see its finished a few days late however stuff was set on contract to me a couple weeks ago to take when ready; (also awol last couple days).
Cosmo when you get back, sometime i would like to maybe re-roll the loan in a week or two as lately I have not been able to be as active to trade so much
