replace with faction stuff as you feel needed. It does pretty well as long as your not in a really long fight you will cap out pretty quick

Almost cookie cutter. Try a cap booster instead of an LSE and swap the NOS for neuts. Oh, and warriors for Hobs. |

Well under 400 DPS with Scorch is pretty underwhelming, unless you go full gank and fly without a heatsink...
and with the reduced HP I'd seriously say forget it and get a Cynabal for another 40 mil :(

Look at speed/agility of cynabal and phantasm... lol at phantasm... get cynabal.
Or get shield harbi/cane if you are cheap.
