Just curious as to when they plan on releasing dust 514 and what the pricing is, i guessed it.s not coming out this year as theres no preorder info on any of the online game shops

Around the same time Incarna comes out. So sometime between soon and later I believe is the official range of dates.

Difference is Dust will generate revenue independent of Eve itself, whereas Ambulation (walking in stations) is a mere add on to Eve itself. We could have long discussion on "free expansion packs" vs "keeping player interest and thus subscriptions", but it comes down to revenue streams.
Ambulation will come out when the devs get around to finishing it, much like a Renaissance painter with a 20 year old canvas. On the other hand Dust will make cold hard cash even if TQ was blown up.
Dust will (from what I gather) be tied into the next expansion pack, so take around a months margin either way of the expeceted launch of this expansion pack or the next and thats roughly what you should be anticipating.

I think you that you will find that a lot of people don't play this game because they cant walk around. So Incarna wont be a mere add-on it will greatly increase the eve playerbase
