1st place - Wins any Dreadnought ship (Naglfar, Moros, Phoenix or Revelation) equipped with any Tech I rigs.
2nd place - Wins any Tech III ship with 5 related subsystems (Loki, Proteus, Legion or Tengu) equipped with any Tech I rigs.
3rd place - Wins any Recon Ship equipped with any Tech I rigs.
4th place - Wins a Dramiel Ship equipped with any Tech I rigs.
5th place - Wins a Exequror Navy Issue ship equipped with any Tech I rigs.
6th place - Wins a Federation Navy Comet ship equipped with any Tech I rigs.
*Multiple ticket holders can win more than 1 prize.
The lottery will be using Chribba's Dice-API tool(Grendell will be). Its a tool that picks a random number(s) before the lottery starts and locks it (no one including myself or Grendell can see this number(s) until it is unlocked). Grendell my 3rd party service will hold the prize(s) as well as pick the winning number(s), which can be seen here. (awaiting link)
HOW IT WORKS
* This lottery will consist of 525 tickets.
* Tickets for this Lottery are 5mil isk each, once isk is confirmed received, forum will be updated with your numbers here as well as on the website when possible. And as always, FOR EVERY 10 TOTAL TICKETS BOUGHT GET 1 FREE.
* Lottery draw date will be a maximum 48 hours after 90% (472 tickets) of the tickets are purchased.
* Ticket Numbers given are based when isk is received. For example if you are the very first to send isk for 10tickets. You will get number 1 to 10 and so on. If you don't want your numbers bunched together, send a little now and little later.
* To purchase tickets, send isk to in game character Lotto49 in multiples of 5mil with the reason field of Lotto49-19.
