Heya :-)
I have been playing with Google Spreadsheets a bit recently, and one of the things that came out of that was http://bit.ly/oresheet. It tells you how much any ore is worth based on the current mineral prices in Jita 4-4 -- so if you are unsure what is currently the most profitable ore to mine, this might help.
The prices are calculated as mid-way between buy and sell-orders if 1% of the available market volume were bought or sold (i.e. lowball sell-orders and high buy orders get ignored unless they make up at least 1% of the total market volume for that mineral). Since it is based on Eve-Central orders, it is automatically updated, so unlike Grismar's excellent ore chart, the prices will stay current.
Let me know what you think if it's any use to you :-)

Hi, sry for noob question, but I must learn spreadsheet voodoo as well! Where does this table get the current Jita Mineral Prices from? I mean, ok there is eve central etc, but how can you send a certain data into that one table cell? I have no clue of Excel either, but the longer I play Eve, the more I feel the urge to perceive that kind of stuff as neccessary player softskill. |

It orders by price so you don't have to. It also does not have history graphs for prices, including variants if you wish, and it's a spreadsheet in a WebApp, not a WebApp of its own.

I'd recommend you make a copy of the sheet (in the File menu when you are logged in to google) and look at the formulas. Note that these prices are from a separate spreadsheet referenced in the "Price Sheet" sheet, which you also might want to study.
It's pretty much the same language as Excel, other than some Google-Specific eccentricities (like QUERY).

Clearly someone has something wrong when one displays bistot as being worth much more than arkonor, and the other has arkonor worth more than bistot.
My money's on the one showing arkonor as most valuable.

The quantities of Zydrine and Megacyte contained in the various flavors of Arkonor are wrong on this spreadsheet.
