It's sad, really. I hope things don't get so bad that CCP is forced to relocate. Iceland is part of EVE Online's unique culture and it would be a shame if that were to happen. On the plus side, maybe the devs are in a position to get some really great deals on real estate.

That's the good thing I guess about having a product that can be made in Iceland, exported worldwide and charged for in USD/EUR, without so much as a worrying about shipping. I would say CCP are farely well insulated from the goings on in Iceland. And the best time to pick up assets is when they are dirt cheap and you have cash in your pocket.

In terms of ISK, CCP's proffits should have gone up by a very large percentage. Hosting is done in London and charged in ú, whereas the revenue is generated in euros and $, the latter bellyflopped for a while but still relative to the ú did allright. The offset low $ vs the high euro will have done wonders for CCP, they should be raking it in.
Given cheap Icelandic stocks right now I wouldn't be surprised if CCP was buying up failing business in Iceland and waiting for Iceland to become the 28th state. Its what I would be doing and I suspect CCP have paid off most of their debts by now so they should be in a position to do it.

The people that leave are the ones "unfortunate" enough to BOTH have listened to others and taken loans/mortgages in foreign currencies with their homes on the line AND get paid in ISK instead of USD/EUR equivalent.
Since CCP's income is mostly either USD or EUR, they simply don't care how good/bad their own economy works... or maybe even the contrary, they have even more of a reason to stay, since it's getting "cheaper" to be there.

CCP Should invest in resources and ships. With part of the fleet missing their system is easy to invade.
