New Scorpion Skin Color Changes When I rotate around the ship

JeanLuc Blindtard	Posted - 2010.04.08 11:57:00 - [1] HI I'm on the test server trying out the new scorpion look... docked... when I rotate the camera to look at it from different angles the ship starts to flicker from the back color to a gray-white-cammo one and back to the black... sometimes it does it without rotating the camera but more frequent when I am doing it. While in space the ships color is stabilize to the gray-white-cammo kind of thing... Hope Raven will get some love also soon... :) Thank you o7.

Also little difference between high and low textures. I have most problems whilsy in space. Also Widow is almost identical to the Scorpion.

Still if so the colors should be brighter to be seen in all graphics mods... or smthing... il check again with high settings to see waddap...

It gets worse if I knock the graphics up, I gave up on it the day the skin was brought out. It was horrific but my salty tears were ignored.
el Sabor	Posted - 2010.04.09 22:11:00 - [9] When have a look at PI on sisi I was running on lowest graphics settings. Although I didn't notice this problem I did see some NPC scorps at gates and they look terrible with low settings.
JeanLuc Blindtard	Posted - 2010.04.10 06:26:00 - [10] ok so I experimented a little with the settings... Low settings ruin everything but make the fps 4x more ... There's indeed the red and black version of the scorp that I love so much and that been the widow skin but on low graphics settings the ship becomes either black or gray/white. The red disappears, also the ship's 3d models/parts become awful... On a different note, with the graphics settings set to high the widow looks really nice but could use that red to be better noticeable somehow. I had to really zoom in to see it in all its beauty... :)
