It would be interesting, how all these acounts get hacked or do the owners, who sell it, claim, it has been hacked and get it back then?

Try being on this end, they sold everything I had. As a casual player it's going to take me a long time to get any of it back if I can't get CCP to reimburse me.
As to how they hacked my account, no idea, checked email before i went to bed and saw a password reset request that I never submitted. I've changed passwords on my email and other accounts just in case using a fresh OS install on a laptop. I seem to have been lucky and was able to reset my eve password before they changed the contact details. Scans of my PC have turned up nothing in the way of virus or key loggers (and I've used every trial/online antivirus/malware I can think of).
Now just to wait and see if CCP can help me out....

I am very glad to hear this. CCP tends to take fraud very seriously, especially when it comes to hacked accounts, and worse yet, hacked accounts leading to character-trading scams.
Part of the assurance that CCP provides is that any trade organized on the forums is not permitted to be a scam of any kind. Happy that they sorted it out.
