Ladies and gentlemen,
We, as the inhabitants of Fountain region, are turning on you and begging on help. We are in a critical shape.
Few weeks ago and many months and years before that, Fountain was a flourishing region full of people and joy. Legendary fountain -1 true sec belts were always full of helpful people, asteroids with the best ores were mined, the 10/10 plexes were cleared. But now, Fountain is in ruins.
95% of its inhabitants has been called to join the megalomaniacal war in the North, where they die pointlessly for the greater good of random swedish HVAC repairman. And now Fountain suffers.
Belts with faction spawns and officers are not cleared, plexes are just existing without anyone using them, noone touches the asteroids anymore.
Now, how can YOU help?
Its fairly simple. Come visit us. Fountain as it is is absolutely empty. One of the best regions in game for carebearing is just tabula rasa. No gatecamps, no roamers, no problems. Just -1 true sec everywhere, best rat spawns you can imagine + faction / officer spawns, all the various plexes around here and best ores.
I can already hear you "But but, its 0.0, we are gonna get killed, this is totally not worth it". But stop it right there. You are wrong.
There are two nice very cheap places to stay around Fountain without any risk at all. One of them is Karan and Hophib. These two lowsec systems at Fountain entrace have all the accomodation and services you would expect from a top notch center AND your heavenly carebearing is just 1-2 jumps away.
If you dont mind flying, you can even use the better variation and accomodate in the luxurious Lost Palace of Fountain aka Fountain NPC core. This very small NPC fragment of Fountain center is riddled with mysterious NPC stations, seeded market, pirate factions agents (angels and serpentis) and all the usual carebearing commodities.
Think about it today and hopefully soon enough come visit us and find your few bilions isk officer spawn, here in Fountain!
* infants accomodation is out of charge
** Fountain NPC areas are not ALL INCLUSIVE, lunch and drinks have to be bought separately

Yeah, fountain is pretty boring, there is like NO-ONE ;-(
In Karan/Hop there are only chinese isk farmers aka blade ;-( |

I might pop down and have a look around Fountain and pay a visit to the Pandas. Sounds like great fun.

It's all true what GK are saying, its a very underused region with alot of bargins to be had allround.
Even POS's with no defences, truely a sign of a underused region.

While this does reek of trap, the truth is that outside fountain core fountain is pretty dead. Someone could easily ninja carebear in most the region.

it actually is dead quiet in fountain, I went up twice this week solo in a vagabond and ratted away undisturbed for hours, fountain's the best PvE region in the game by far imo, last officer I got there was a 2 bil drop
