i know it looks a bit pricey with the dark blood stasis web but my thinking is to help it dictate range in a solo frig fight? i've never been a fan of the unguided missiles unless its on a drake or cerb so i tried this out, it all fits wiht a 1% CPU implant. kicks out 115 dps and does over 1km/s. in a frig dogfight i would use optimal scripts to stay out of range and in a gang i could do long range support and tracking speed disrupt larger targets. well critic my fit as you wish

Only possible answer to that is L O L. Even if you really could hold anyone at 14km plenty of ships will dish more than enough damage to to through your absence of tank faster than your lack of damage will kill them.
Where do you plan to fly this? I could use such a nice web.

I Had some success last night with this setup, was a low-sec fight (would not be caught dead in 0.0 with this)
but a cheap but very tight fit ( may need a 3% implant )
