I'm selling a 21.5mil SP PvP Minmatar character, who is a well rounded pilot in most minmatar sub-cap ships. Would be ideal for cap training or a certain pvp speciality.
 35 Skills at level 5; including Cynosural Field Theory 5

Wallet is positive, security status is -1.3 but this has never been above -1.9 if thats a problem.

I'd reccomend you kick the auction off at a lower sum. The more people bidding the higher is youre chance to get a good price, if only because the thread will get bumped more.
I can kick auction off at 3 billions.
