Nifty idea i guess. Sounds kind of strange calling it a killboard though. Since the only thing really related to killing would be the alloys...

whats funny is the only way this works is if you don't allow your alliance members to take alloys/ores out of the region or refine themselves. They contract it to alliance and get paid back a fraction of it's worth. AWE has always been great at scamming their members, I remember back in ASCN it was 50% tax... and they had their good buddies Dragons Rage to check refine logs on the station to try to catch people "Stealing" from the corp refining on their own... egads! Drone regions suit them so well, cause they can get that tax also on ratters now! Yippie!
