THIS NOT BELONGING THE OTHER THREAD IT ABOUT PLAYER CHOICE AND FREEDOMS TO CREATIVITIES. DONOT LOCK.
So CPP decided to remove deep safe spots and all the lovely ships and goodies what are being there. This has stopped my favourite past-time in this game, the fishing for loose ships. It bad enough when it made the change to objects in space being vanishing after certain numbers days but now these deep saves don't even exist I'm out of gas as far as following my passion.
What is the point of this deep safe probings now and why you do this at all? IT IS SENSLESS. Wanting my astrometrics 5 time back this game losing it expolration elementary.
Now I looking for new job. CPP are homogenising in the sandbox.
Please seek to safe this unique gamestyles.

Scavengers taking advantage of exploits, lose a source of income?

Fine then you obvious like the game to become boring and offer no choices with imagination.
It is not a WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA, English not my main language so maybe it seem wrong in the attitude.
I donot exploit and it not scavenging, it is taking opportunity in peoples abandonment of ships.
I discover many ship with this way and very satisfying time in game. Not only get free ship but also to be presented with logistical challenge of getting them home save and sound. My favourite I thinking Daredevil in very deep Stain region. Actually took it out through my wormhole in end.
Good time, fun profession, sad to see it say bye bye. |

Fixing an exploit != destroying a profession. Try moving to wormhole space. Plenty to be scavaged there

and how can you prove that said deepspace is infact the result of an exploit? there was a time in eve history that making these was completely legit, and many of us old timers still have multiple deepspace ss that we use(d). that said, it is hardly something to get worked up over lol. most of these are just used to reminisce of the good ol' days |

You're referring to back when you could just edit bookmarks to move them out far far away? Unless I'm mistaken, that was removed before the probing system was even implemented. As for newer deep safes, if they weren't considered bugs in the past, they are now. That's enough justification to satisfy me.

Trust me he's a mentalist in corp chat too. God knows how he finds so many ships but I can see why he'd be lamenting this change. He's a master of it.
