I believe .8 is the highest you can put a POS in.
Refinig, I think yes. Reactions, no. Manufacturing and Labs yes. As for weapons, any you probably need, but those only come into play if you are involved in a corporate or alliance war.
Also, to anchor a POS you need your corporate standing for that faction to be equal to or greater than the system's security rating. So for a .5 system, you need .5 or greater. For .6, you need .6 or greater. And this must be corporate standings, which are based off of your base standings, not taking your connections modifiers into place.

its 0.7 as a guy who creates corps jsut for this reason
However in terms of anchoring you can put pretty much anything in high sec except refining arrays/moon harvesters (can't think of anything else you can't use)
all you need is the faction standing equivelent or better than 10x the sec status of the system you want to anchor in... IE 7 for 0.7 system (note this standing MUST be the corps not yours or an individual one)
any problems or should you wish to buy a corp for a tidy 150mill convo me in game.. .i have one in stock ready to anchor

Thanks m8 :) I did some preliminary searches, but could not find any specific information about being a faction thing or just npc-corp. I am looking for an amarr-pos, but 150m is a bit steep just now for me. I might have a m8 that has adequate standings for amarr-faction.

Understand that is not just the creation is also the upkeeping, you will need resources to keep it online and charters to use it in high sec, you can fit most things except bigger assembly builds like for capital ships and such.

0.7 is the highest, You do need the required corp faction standing with the empire of that area to do so though. You will not be able to anchour: Refineries, any reaction gear and harvesters, jump bridges, capital arrays and such.
