Seems Plutonium is now "contraband", and I don't appreciate getting fined about 2M ISK for carrying it - particularly since only days ago my research agents were asking for it.
I'm not terribly pleased with this - particularly not since it was fine one week ago.
How about a little hint here, huh?

notice the skull and bones on the icon? That means its contraband. You can look up stuff on Eve-I and it will tell you which factions will penalize you for which contrabands, and how much. --------------

I think the Skull and Bones changes accordingly to which sovreignty you're in. So you know what's outlawed where. Where I am none of my "contraband" items have any markings.

That would make sense ie
Slaves should not be contraband in Amarr type space as they use them as cheap labour etc, the evil gits. Small arms should not be contraband in my great Minmatar republic as thats how we settle arguments. Drugs should not be contraband in Caldari space as they have so much money what else they gonna spend it on. And Ghey **** should not be contraband in Gallente space because ....... well they are all ghey !!
So HMV consider Andy Williams and Dean Martin to be "easy listening" do they? Tell that to my mate Dave, he's been deaf for 20 years.

There is an in-game information, if you show info about faction, there is a new tab which shows all goods considered illegal.
