Please beware of Ceti, it was reported he has taken twice in a mining container (not abandoned) today. It is probably not the first time he is doing it as it dosn't seem to embarrass him to do so. (25K Plagio have disappeared, a small amount but big enough for one of our noob) that happened in system Oursulaert , Essence region.
Please note that this guy is reported as a Minister of trade in his corporation (Art of War Academy) and his bio states Essence Alliance. I hope you will get rid of him. In the meantime, standing is set to -10 and war could be declared if it happens again.
To all pirate hunting corps, this one is to be added to your watch list.

Your corp mines in other alliance region and you call Ceti an orethieve. Your miner was the thief. Ceti has token only back, what is his own and his alliance.
