*Multiple ticket holders can win more than 1 prize. But Aeon Super Carrier winner cannot win additional consolation prizes.
The lottery will be using Chribba's Dice-API tool(Grendell will be). Its a tool that picks a random number(s) before the lottery starts and locks it (no one including myself or Grendell can see these number(s) until they are unlocked). Grendell my 3rd party service will hold the prize(s) as well as lock and unlock the winning number(s), which can be seen here. (awaiting link)
HOW IT WORKS
* This lottery will consist of 525 tickets.
* Tickets for this Lottery are 5mil.
* Lottery draw date will be a maximum 48 hours after 90% (495 tickets) of the tickets are purchased.
*NEW* Ticket Numbers given are based when isk is received but in a random format. For example if you are the very first to send isk for 10tickets. You will get a set of 10 random numbers of the 2100 tickets available which can be seen here.
* To purchase tickets, send isk to in game character Lotto49 in multiples of 10mil with the reason field of Lotto49-22.

How does this random work? You do this by hand or some software distributes ticket numbers?

Evelotteries the person I rent the software off of to do my lotteries assures me it is all done randomly within the software. At this point the software does not recognize 10 + 1 free in there code I am working with them to fix this. I'm at work right now and it seems the tickets aren't regeristering ill deal with this when I get home in 8 hours. Sorry guys

Ya I like the change this way the guys buying tickets at the very start or end aren't neccessarily stuck with the numbers at the beginning or very end.
Its supposed to update every top of the hour eve time.
It appears to not be working when I get home in 4.5 hours ill get ahold of the guy and sort this out. Or ill do it manually if I half to. Sorry guys usually my lotteries are way more organized.

Question: perhaps I missed it in the instructions, but will we be notified via EVEMail if we win?
Ofcourse, you should however add yourself to my mailing list lotto-49. Winner announcements and future lottery announcements on send via mail with that.

Ok , we are at 65% sold :)
Again I apologize again for the software screw up. Its new to me, and i can't seem to get a hold of eve-lotteries.com who basically does and maintains this service. I manually entered the names and the software gave out the corrected tickets randomly. Just doesn't do it automatically :( Hopefully this will be corrected for my next lottery!
