Yeah this is small, this is for those people who enjoy making movies. rule by CCP Charlie:
General Rules
* All video material must be Eve related!
* The item/service being advertised must be Eve related.
* The advert must be suitable for all ages.
* Content must be respectable (no attack ads) and suitable for broadcast.
* The quality of the advert must also reflect positively on EVE itself, we will work with you on improving the quality of the video until we can accept it.
Technical Rules
* 1280x720 resolution, adverts will not be accepted in any other resolution. Video should not contain black bars.
* 25 frames per second, adverts will not be accepted at any other frame rate.
* 30 Seconds long, adverts will not be accepted if longer.
* We would prefer the video as a Mov file.
* Video quality is more important than small file size.
I have a great idea all typed up, Flash please(like RMR)want to keep it simple. I also want to keep it a surprise so all movies MUST be sent to my eve mail, and you must post to say you sent one in. Please eve-mail me with the details, the one that I choose will be the winner and I will possibly be returning to said player for more videos.

I'm just gonna be straight with you.
Unless it takes less than 1 hour to make, I think 50 mill is too little a reward, especially in a competition where there is no garuntee of getting the ISK.
However, it is just my opinion and if someone is willing to put together flash animation for you that meets your satisfaction for that amount - that's their choice.

Yea m8, 50 mil is kinda skim for even a forum signature. You had better cough up some more ISK if you plan on anyone actually making a quality advert for you.

this is for people who do this as a hobby, but i will increase the prize money to 100mil.
