The kitsune is a nice ship. It's only flaw is the 58m signature radius is carries around. Even that can be mitigated by the range it can operate at.
High: Whatever Med: Catalyzed Cold-gas Arcjet Thrusters Sensor Booster w/ Range script Three racial jammers of choice Low: SDA II x 2 Rigs: Ionic Field Projector Ionic Field Projector or Small Particle Disruptor Projector
Your choice of 105km lock range w/ 100km optimals on the jammers or 127km lock range on the ship with 86km optimals plus falloff. Jam strength is 10.76. It will run for over 4 minutes with everything on so I don't understand the cap criticism. And it will run permanently if you have the MWD turned off.

Drop one of the lows for an OD and fit field extenders. Polycarb on an AB boat? Aux Thruster is by far a better choice if you speed rig an AB ship.
Also, if you're looking for a secondary (webbing) tackler and fly Caldari a Moa is actually a superior choice in nearly every way...
Best use for a Harpy is as a 75mm railboat with a MWD, used for forcing tacklers away and lol-killing AB frigs and scram-cruisers. Putting the 'irate' into 'Pirate' |

crow is an excellent ship (like many caldari could do with a tad more pg). a shadow serpetis mwd also works ok here. and you may want a scan res script depending on the engagement.
you won't die often. however i was recently scrammed, bubbled, jammed...and wtfpwned thereafter while in one.

Until you come up against a competent combat 'ceptor pilot or Dramiel. At which point yes, you will die and fast. Manual piloting CAN give you a victory but it takes a long, long time to kill a fast-mover with 3 standard launchers during which the slightest, tiniest error will see you killed in milliseconds.
It is by FAR the worst of the interceptors. If they fix rockets it could be very competitive (in fact rocket-plate Crows used to be utterly lethal) but until then it's basically mobile loot and sub-par tackle (even to a RAPTOR due to the Raptor's tackle range bonus, higher native scan res, quicker warp speed and weapons better suited to defending against drones).
In skilled hands it CAN be unusually effective but I've only ever had to run from one crow, ever, while flying another 'ceptor and I got away with ease due to Crows being forced to keep distance - which in high-speed combat makes it difficult to keep the opponent there. bunch of stuff that's pretty much true.
Eventhough crow is the "combat ceptor" I use it like the fleet ceptor. As tackle for small gangs and up (read 2+ ppl). Confirming I do not solo hunt FOTM frigs in it.

I dont think you can actually "hunt" fotm frigs in crow.
And while crow can work as a tackle inty, it isnt very good at it - its only advantage over tackle inties is, that it can project around 75dps to tackled target. Problem is, that 75dps is almost always irrelevant - while bad ehp, not very good speed, not very good fitting, bad sig radius and weapon system that isnt very good at killing drones matters.
Tbh id avoid raptor too when it comes to tackling.
