i have heard of 3 or 4 accounts where people have been podded in 0.6 and 0.7 space with no concord action being taken. (no they were not in a war)
i have also heard that concord is only protecting player for 90 days after they start playing.
Has anybody heard anything about this or is it all just rumors

Concord reacts to any form of agression no matter yr age.
Tho might standings count, im not sure of that.
Killing/Pod'ing in secure space and surviving is an exploit.
Edit: Oh yeah, and concord r slow, they tend to show up a bit
late.

Ship kills in secure is not an exploit. I have done it. Obviously the ship I was in didn't survive and I had a -0.25 sec hit -0.05 agreesion, -0.2 for ship kill. But it was all entirely valid.
