i want to make a long-term loan on about 400 million isk for me and my alt to get into hulks and i need for both mods and rigs and skillbooks beside the hulk it self. i hope ill be able to pay it back in 90 days and i also need a corp if that's possible.

There's an eve standard for loans, basically you need 110% collateral, and interest is 15%.

You want a 1 bil isk loan. The guy providing the loan will require 1 billion on assets from you to secure the loan...such as you give him a fitted Thanatos worth ~1billion isk.
Upon expiration of the loan, you pay him 1.15billion (15% interest on the loan) and you get your ship back.
This is basically the exact same way a bank will give you a loan to buy a car. The bank cuts you a check for the car. The title of the car goes to the bank (bank owns the car now). You pay the bank a monthly payment which after X years equals the total amount paid for the car + interest. Once the payments are complete, the title is yours and you now own the car.

I can't help you with the loan but I can help you with looking for a corporation, we are based in WH space with low-sec static so entry will not particularly be easy, but once inside we can provide good protection, great isk making potential, orca support and a little teaching, we a small corp and this is probably not the place I should be recruiting so apologies CCP, but thought I would put it out there as you are looking any way.
If you are interested check out my corp profile and send me an eve-mail. We would need you to be in a retriever at minimum, so for example you could use this and save up for your hulk without worrying about akward loans!
