Where "context" is defined as: I doubt the OP will provide any context due to a probable (and well earned) forum ban for spamming general discussion. pure pve....nah. CN it and have nice day. Or jsut high meta. I made out damn good in 0.0 with an arbelest fit raven. Could fit t2...jsut saw no point.
pvp....unless an oddball crew the runs ravens the only ships you will fit these are scorpions and widows. If in a scorpion...most will really care about your jam skills and ecm fittings. Unless in a t2 or death fit crew, most could give 2 craps about your launchers. Chance of fleet saying omfg we'd be lost without that scorpion t2 launcher dps is small. If it gets to that point, your fleet is most likely done anyway. NAvy scorp maybe...but sort of like raven falls under jsut get that rokh done and call it done category. |

well, the skill book for "Cruise Missile specialization" says "2% bonus per level to the rate of fire of modules requiring Cruise Missile Specialization." So I suppose (considering you only go to skill level 4) 8% more rate of fire would be nice. Those missiles take a bit to rack up and spit out. while you are doing PVE, the fury's and precision's wouldn't be worth the cost (unless you are dirty rotten filthy stinkin' rich) however, just using the launcher modules you gain the ROF bonus from the skill. |
