Monkey has a worse k/d ratio than me and I'm terrible, if he is exploiting he is doing it wrong.
CCP has made it clear that using an exploit is a bannable offense, the fact he isn't banned should be a clue for you guys.
Log's may not show everything, but that bit where you enter your password and do a server handshake, that is logged. Wouldn't it be odd if a CCP employee looked at the killmail time stamps, and then looked at the arazu logging in, and perhaps came to some conclusion about how this was done.
Good luck with your attempts to reopen petitions, because that's the real motive behind this witch hunt.

The exploit that was patched was only created a couple of weeks ago.
There may be other exploits out there currently being used by individuals that are able to reverse engineer the EVE client in a matter of hours. I'm not going to point any fingers, but considering it took about a year for us just to overhaul our killboard, it's not us.
tl/dr no one got banned for an exploit that was manufactured to deflect blame from stupidity.
