Look at the KB and forget about "login traps" of "fast scan". No legal techic allows to be THAT fast so many times in line.

BTW. Some people got answers to their petitions in the style of "logs are clear". I suppose it is not logged, if a pilot is in the chat, but it is loged when the one is in the system. So they simply dont appear in the local (using some bug) and is no way to prove it.

BTW. Most of the flood (in big portions) seems to come from the accused or his corp members.

It was reported. The case has gone to Senior GM as it is said, as the logs are said to be "clear". Otherwise there would be no point in writing here.

Don't pay attention. He is lying to protect his co-corp and, mb, his own ..s. THe idea on eve-ru is the same as it was - there is a bug and the accused uses it.

At present the idea is: will CCP fix the bug, as it was reported, or should it go public for CCP to start working?
I suppose monkey will not be banned even if the bug proved to be - looks like it is not logged, who was present in the channel, thus there will be no evidences against him.
Someone thinks that he was able to even create "fleet channel" with his victims, making the client think he is in fleet with them - to warp to. But I think he scanned them down.

Well, do you think original fraps video is so easy to remaster in the way it ouwld remain all the original "signatures"? I won't prove it is impossible, but it surely costs more anyone here would spare.

Someone on eve-ru reported the "channel switcher" already fixed on test. Looks like it will be fixed without admiting there is a bug.
Yet, it is not approved.

This, in a way, is paradoxical, since appearing before a large online audience (such as these forums) is one of the easiest ways to witness the sea of monkey you can just throw all of your frustration at in the first place. Thus a threadnaught be formed and a single poster won't even remember the names of other posters, but they'll never stop believin'

It can only be launched from a script on the PL.com forums. You literally need the website open when launching Eve for the inject to work. This is why you'll never see it outside of PL ranks.
Lol. Tell that to those, who found out the mechanic behind it. They just keep it in the bag to give the CCP some time to fix it. But if the CCP play blind - it looks like the demon will be released for them to see it.

Glad to see some official answer at last.
Looks to me, I was right - presence in local chat is not logged, untill you say something, thus "the logs are clear" about monkey.
I wonder what will CCP do with such an abuser, but with no logs on the matter?
